You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Differentiate Tutoring Inc., 3398 McKinley Beach Ln. 101, Kelowna BC V1V 0C5, Canada, contact@differentiatetutoring.com — by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you asked for a session to take place during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Once a session has been fully performed at your express request, the right of withdrawal for that session is lost. The checkout asks you to acknowledge this before you book a session inside the 14 days.
For hour-balance top-ups, the right of withdrawal lapses with respect to amounts already spent on sessions. Anything unspent is refunded.

The free cancellation window at /legal/cancellation is our own rule and is more generous in day-to-day use. The statutory right on this page exists alongside it and is not reduced by it.
